Infrastructure
See what is actually being built, where, and how fast.
Investors, lenders, insurers and contractors rely on progress reports written by the parties being reported on. We provide an independent, monthly view of activity, stall and occupancy across any development or corridor.
Use cases
Development activity monitoring
Built-up change and activity indices per block, monthly, across megaprojects and districts.
Stall and completion classification
Flag blocks that stopped moving; distinguish built-but-unoccupied from active and completed.
Corridor monitoring
Right-of-way encroachment, vegetation and terrain hazard along roads, rail and utility corridors.
Counterparty and asset diligence
Independent evidence on a developer's delivery record before you lend, insure or contract.

Questions we get
- Can you monitor sites outside your home market?
- Yes. Public satellite archives are global; the methodology is the same anywhere.
- How current is the data?
- Optical revisit is every few days; radar every six to twelve. Monthly products are the default for monitoring programmes.
