What we collect

When you contact us or book a call we collect the details you provide: name, email, organisation and your message. Our website collects usage analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) through a privacy-preserving analytics provider. We do not sell personal information.

Marketing email and consent

We send marketing email only with your express consent, given by ticking the consent box on our forms. We record the wording you agreed to, the time and the page. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, honoured within ten business days as required by Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation.

Retention and access

We keep contact records for as long as there is an ongoing relationship or legal requirement, then delete them. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by writing to hello@auspexterra.com.

Jurisdiction

Auspex Terra Inc. is established in the Province of New Brunswick, Canada and complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Where we serve clients in other jurisdictions, we apply the stricter of the applicable rules.
